How do I subscribe?

To subscribe to EkaTV, go to the Packages page on our website and select a subscription package and click on the ‘Subscribe Now’ button. It will take you through the registration and order process.

Do I have to buy the equipment?

The Ekabox is available for sale on our website and on Amazon.com simply search eka box. If you currently have an android box (5.0 version or higher) you can download our EkaTV application and start watching your favorite channels immediately.

Do I need Internet?

Yes. A high speed internet connection (at least 5 mbps) is required to access the service.

Will I be able to watch EkaTV on other devices? i.e., iPad, Android Tablet, Smart Phone?

Yes, simply download our app from Google Play Store or iOS app store and login with account information.

How do I get my app login information?

To get your app login information, you will need to register from our website and the information will be sent to your email.

How do I reset my login/password?

If you forget your login and/or password, please call Customer Service at 646-328-0656.

How many devices can I use within one account per application?

It is possible to use up to 2 devices per account (ie, eg. 1 Box + 1 Cellphone)

What to do if the broadcast is running properly but I do not hear any audio / audio?

First, reboot your device. Then make sure you have the latest version of the operating system installed on your device. If the problem persists, please contact our support at support@ekatelevison.com or call (646) 328- 0656.

How can I pay for the subscription to the required TV packages?

Our payment system supports majority of standard payment methods credit and debit cards. Any Cash payments can be made at any MoneyGram location using dealer code 13902. In the near future, we plan to make a Voucher payment – a voucher that can be purchased at our branches and our distribution partners – as an alternative payment method.

I want to extend my subscription package before my current subscription has expired. Is it possible to order this order?

Yes, you can extend your subscription even before the current subscription period expires to one of the EkaTV packages. You can do it online or call customer service at 646-328-0656.

I would not like to miss my subscription extension on my EkaTV package? Does the system itself notify me of subscription termination?

How do I know how to get a password for parental lock?

You can change the password of the parental lock on your customer’s account.
